Organization
Laser Competence Centre Finland (LCC Finland) is coordinated by Hermia. The Centre's expertise covers the entire development chain including technology oriented basic research, end users' application development, system integration and testing of lasers, as well as aspects of training and education. The wide know-how of the units of the Tampere University of Technology in various fields of laser technology forms the foundation and basis of the Centre's operation. The objective is to adapt laser technologies to the needs of industry, so that companies can experiment and develop their products and processes utilising the Centre's know-how and hardware.
